Returns Policy

In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, Mon Breton accepts returns and exchanges on merchandise that has not been individually customised.

Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised clothing.

All returns must have all tags attached, have not been worn altered or washed and be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Mon Breton reserves the right to deny return if the merchandise does not meet Return Policy requirements.

Please note that merchandise purchased on special sales (SALES) is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. All sale merchandise is final sale.

You are entitled to return non-customised product ordered via the Mon Breton website within 30 calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to the following address :   Mon Breton, 1 Deauville Court, London, SW4 8QH

You must enclose the receipt with your return.

If you exchange goods, the shipping costs for the first delivery will not be refunded. However, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the second delivery. Only one exchange per item will be honoured.

If you ask for a refund, Mon Breton will use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that any refund will be made within a week of receipt of the goods returned by crediting your debit or credit card. Refunds on items bought full price but on Sale when returned, will be refunded at the Sale price.

In either case (exchange or refund), the shipping costs incurred in returning any replacement goods to you will be refunded if you were justified in returning the goods because they were not as ordered (e.g., product reference error, damaged goods, etc.).

Mon Breton has sole discretion in determining whether the products are in original condition when returned to the Mon Breton website.

Mon Breton will not be responsible or liable if any item you wish to return to the Mon Breton website is lost, misdirected or delivered outside the 30 day window.
