How do I place an order?

Click on the “add to cart” for each item you want to purchase. Click on “your cart” and then “proceed to checkout”  to finalise your order.

Will I get a receipt with my order?

Yes, you will receive an email containing your receipt. Please add info@monbreton.co.uk to your “safesender” list.

 

What can I use as a form of payment?

We accept the following: American Express, Visa, Mastercard.

How will I know that my transaction has been accepted?

We will immediately e-mail you an order confirmation – please make sure to add info@monbreton.co.uk to your “safesender” list in order to prevent our communications being blocked by spam filters.

Credit Card Security

Mon Breton uses the services of a third party to process card transaction. Mon Breton’s employees do not have access to your credit/debit card information and no information is stored on the Mon Breton server.

How do I track my order?

If you are concerned about your order, please email info@monbreton.co.uk and we will let you know how we are getting on.

How do I cancel my order?

If for any reason you must cancel an order, please email info@monbreton.co.uk. If your shirt has already been customised you will still be charged, unless there are extenuating circumstances; (breaking up with your girlfriend does not count).

If your shirt is not customised we will cancel your order provided it has not already been processed and shipped.

Back Order

A product is marked as available for Back Order when it is not in stock but there is a delivery on its way in the next few weeks
